- These regulations apply to the Seller and all Customers concluding distance sales contracts and receiving marketing content regarding the online store
- All products offered in the www.soliatire-jewels.pl store have been legally introduced to the Polish market, are new, and are free from physical and legal defects
- The models are made of 585 gold, natural diamonds or cultured pearls
- The customer may obtain access to the regulations at any time
- Making a purchase on the website constitutes knowledge and acceptance of the provisions of these regulations
- Complaints about the method of providing services resulting from ignorance or non-compliance with the regulations will not be considered.

3. CONCLUSION OF A SALES AGREEMENT
- The customer can place an order via the website.
- The execution of an order placed on weekdays begins no later than on the next business day.
- The order processing time is up to 10 business days.
- Placing an order in the online store is tantamount to accepting the store’s regulations.
- Information about products in the online store www.solitaire-jewels.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract. By completing the order form, the Customer submits an offer to purchase a specific product.
- The entrepreneur, as a seller, reserves the right to refuse to process an order, limit the method of payment, or require prepayment.
- The entrepreneur, as a seller, enables payments to be made by bank transfer, via electronic payment made in the tpay.com payment system.
- The photos and other forms of visualization and presentation of jewelry presented on the store’s website do not reflect its actual size – they are only indicative. At the customer’s request, the seller will provide accurate item details.
4. QUALITY GUARANTEE
- Products in the store are subject to liability for non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract or, in the case of sale as part of a business activity, a warranty for defects of the item sold on general terms.
- The warranty lasts for one year from the customer’s receipt of the product. Applies to damage resulting from manufacturing defects in jewelry. It does not cover mechanical damage resulting from improper use of the product.
- If the jewelry shows signs of repair, the customer will lose the warranty.
- The warranty is processed on the basis of proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, invoice or bank statement.
5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
- The customer (within the meaning of Article 22 [1] of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended)) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Returned products must be in intact condition without traces of use. The goods must have all tags and be returned to the original packaging, which is an integral part of the order. The entrepreneur, as a seller, reserves the right not to accept a return in the event of damage to the packaging or jewelry.
- The return of products made to special, individual orders and personalized products is not possible.
- In order to make a return, you must deliver a declaration of withdrawal from the contract along with the returned product and the receipt to the following address: Koszykowa 20, 00-555 Warszawa. The return can be delivered both in person and by courier. The refund may be made no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
- The possibility of withdrawing from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the customer came into possession of the purchased goods.
- The Customer bears all costs associated with returning the products to the Seller.
6. PRICES
- All prices given in the Store are gross prices and include VAT.
- The price given for each product is binding at the time the Customer places the order.

- The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of products on offer, introduce new products to the online store’s offer, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the store’s website, or make changes to them.
7. PAYMENTS
- The User is obliged to pay the Entrepreneur for the purchased goods within 24 hours when choosing a traditional transfer.
- Other payment methods available to the customer: transfer, payment/credit card, electronic transfer
- A receipt is attached to each completed order. A VAT invoice is issued at the express request of the Customer, after providing all the data needed to issue the invoice.
- Please keep your receipt or invoice in case of any returns or complaints.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- The goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer in the order
- The goods are delivered via the courier company selected by the customer: DHL or InPost
- Products ordered in the online store are shipped within 2-5 business days. The processing time of orders during the holiday and sales periods may be longer
- The customer is obliged to carefully check the contents of the received shipment. If you receive an incomplete, damaged package, the customer should prepare a damage report with the courier. The seller is not responsible for damage to the shipment by third parties.
- Goods that were purchased with the option of collecting the order in the brand’s stationary boutique wait for collection by the customer for 10 business days. 9. COMPLAINTS
- Any item purchased in the Online Store may be subject to a complaint, subject to appropriate complaint deadlines and conditions.
- If the goods purchased by the Customer are inconsistent with the contract or have defects, the Seller should be notified, and the goods complained about must be delivered to the Seller’s boutique at the following address: Koszykowa 20, 00-555 Warsaw
- Complaints should be submitted in writing by sending the necessary declaration by traditional mail to the following address: Solitaire Jewels, Koszykowa 20, 00-555 Warszawa or by e-mail to the following address: contact@solitaire-jewels.pl. The message should include the e-mail address, date and type of irregularity, and contact details.
- The complaint will be considered no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complained goods.
- In the event of an accepted complaint, the refund covers the cost of the goods and shipping in the amount paid by the Buyer when ordering the Goods.
- The company reserves the right to exclude the warranty for the other party to the transaction
10. PERSONAL DATA
- The customer placing an order in the online store www.solitaire-jewels.pl agrees to voluntarily provide personal data necessary to complete his purchase, in accordance with Regulation 679/2016/EU adopted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR. The Ordering Party’s personal data will be processed in order to complete the placed order. This data is confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

The Ordering Party’s personal data will be made available in order to fulfil the sales contract for the Products covered by these Regulations.
