Shipment All orders are shipped via DHL courier or Inpost parcel lockers. Delivery time within Poland should not exceed 2 business days. Each order we send is insured for the full value of the product. The security of your order is our priority.

Orders can also be collected in person at our boutique at ul. Koszykowa 20 in Warsaw.

We kindly remind you that during sale periods, the delivery time may be extended to 5 business days.

Payments

We make secure payments using the popular PayPal, Apple Pay and Przelewy 24 services. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection. PayPal processes credit card payments, and customer data is secured. Our company does not have access to card and bank account details.

Returns

Products purchased on the solitaire-jewels.com website are subject to the right of return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason. The customer is obliged to include the fiscal receipt with the shipment of the returned goods.

To return an order, please send the return form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package to the e-mail address: contact@solitaire-jewels.com and deliver the package with the returned order to the following address: Boutique Solitaire Jewels, Koszykowa 20, 00-555 Warsaw. The parcel can be delivered both by courier and in person.

The returned goods must not show any traces of use and must have all tags. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, intact. The packaging is part of the order.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date of delivery to the above address. However, we will make every effort to return the funds as soon as possible.

The right of return does not apply to stationary purchases in the brand’s boutique in Warsaw.

The right of return does not apply to products made to a special order, with particular emphasis on personalized products.
